Y Bwyty Bach is the new restaurant by highly-renowned chef Connor Turner. Set in a converted two-centuries’-old barn opposite the iconic Tretower Castle, Y Bwyty Bach is a short drive from the picturesque town of Crickhowell, where Chef Connor grew up.

Tretower is a 30-minute country walk from the campsite, along woodland and field meanwhile, the drive is 5 minutes down the road. There is ample parking at the new restaurant, where you will immediately be presented with beautiful views of the beds of the valley and their surrounding mountains. Tretower is an old, beautiful medieval village, where there is also an old castle. You will also come across a visiting centre, where you can explore the court and castle.
Connor is aiming for his first Michelin Star at his new restaurant, so expect renowned dining and a very treaty meal! We are very proud to have such great talent, just down the road from Cwmdu Campsite, and wish Connor all the best with his new restaurant, ‘Y Bwyty Bach’.
