Cwmdu Campsite Pitch Map

Upon arrival at the campsite, please check our ARRIVALS BOARD to check your pitch number and location.

Pitches 1-62 are numbered with stone slabs in the ground (see photo below).

Our pitches vary across the campsite and we have electric and non-electric pitches, hard standing and grass pitches dispersed across the site if you are booking two pitches together. Please notify us of your requirements in the ‘special requirements’ box on our booking form.

If you are allocated to our non-electric BOTTOM FIELD (pitches 63-70), you can pitch up anywhere in the area shaded blue on the map (this is the area of grass adjacent to the hedge at the lowest end of the campsite). This is also our area for DUKE OF EDINBURGH groups.

Our glamping pods are located on pitch 8 (log pod 1) and pitch 9 (log pod 2), our shepherd’s huts are on your left as you drive into the campsite, and our bell tent is located on pitch 28 during July and August only.

HOLIDAY COTTAGES INFORMATION

4* Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottages in the Brecon Beacons, 4 miles from Crickhowell and all within 50 yards of Cwmdu Campsite.

We have 2 cosy cottages available to book:

1. Efail Isaf – ‘Old Smithy’ – Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms.  Cosy cottage with log burner and picturesque garden and panoramic views of the National Park. Infant facilities are available.
2. Efail Bach – ‘Little Smithy’ – One-bed cottage with large shower and separate large bath. Fantastic views from the bedroom, living room and garden. BBQ included. Infant facilities are available.

FIRE AND ICE INFORMATION

Imagine a Fire & Ice experience like no other! Rest and Rejuvenate peacefully in a Nordic wood-fired Sauna & Ice bath with a Scenic mountain view looking out across the Welsh Brecon Beacons National Park, also known as (Bannau Brycheiniog).

Guests can visit in many ways, camp or Glamp at Cwmdu Campsite, stay in one of our four Holiday Cottages, or stop by for an independent session.
