Cwmdu Caravan and Campsite welcomes dogs of all sizes. Dogs and owners can relish in the thought of being incredibly close to several local walking paths that span the national park where your dog can run and swim. If you couldn’t bare to be with out your beloved pooch why should you? Cwmdu Campsite is the dog friendly site for you.
Enjoy every bit of calming and relaxing walks along the one of the many walking routes from our gates. We can provide laminated copies of suggested walks from the site that detail every step. Some of these walks will direct you to the best sights in the area.
On the site we ask that dogs be kept on leads and not be exercised on other pitches.
The added benefit for staying at Cwmdu Campsite is your choice of options when it comes to camping. If you would like your dog friendly experience to be in a tent, caravan, camper van or motorhome we can accommodate you. We can even offer campers the option to stay in one of our two brand new glamping log pods. The log pods are an experience all in themselves. They include lots of additional comforts to traditional camping (a fridge, kettle and heater to name a few!).
All in all we just love to see campers enjoying their time away with their dogs. To the right is a photo provided by one our guests from 2019. Delighted with her experience after staying with us for a couple days, she shared this photo of her dog and our original log pod.
More so, throughout 2021 we can’t wait to see more of the same thing.
