We do not accept large single sex groups (stag or hen parties) or bookings made by anyone under the age of 18. All deposits are non refundable. A minimum of 7 days written notice via letter or email, in advance of arrival date will be required from anyone wishing to cancel their booking. If you cancel your booking after the full balance has been paid we shall retain your deposit and refund the balance to you (if it is over £20) – provided we have received your cancellation by email or post (not telephone) at least 7 days prior to arrival. Please note that the deposit might represent the full fee for your stay. Refunds cannot be made for any amendments made to the booking on arrival or during your stay.
You should notify us of any amendments to your confirmed booking by telephone or in writing (by post or by email to email@example.com) as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and our cancellation policy (see above)

Failure to arrive without prior notification within our Cancellation Policy (above) will receive no transfer or refund. If a pitch has been booked for more than one night and if no notification is given resulting in the pitch failing to be occupied by 6.00pm on the day following the day of expected arrival, we reserve the right to re-let the pitch with payment forfeited.
